Returns:

  • Returns are accepted for non-personalized items that have not been opened or used and items damaged during shipping.
  • Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.
  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging and condition.

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate your return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  3. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will only be issued for non-personalized, unopened items that meet the return requirements.
  • Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

Exemptions:

  • Personalized items (including engraved products or customized items) are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

  • We are currently only shipping to North America due to customs limitations.

    All items are shipped via USPS at the current rate selected by the customer during checkout.

Warranty

We stand behind the quality of all our products. That’s why all leather items are guaranteed for life, including but not limited to, stitching, hardware, and construction.

Items Covered:

  • Lifetime Guarantee: Our lifetime warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship. This includes stitching, hardware, and construction.

Items Not Covered:

  • Normal wear & tear from regular use
  • Fading or scratches that occur over time
  • Damage caused by misuse of the item

Customized Items

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items, including leather goods and engraved products. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we cannot offer returns or exchanges once the order is finalized.
